Sedo-R500 HD Rust Eliminator is a waterbased organic latex emulsion that chemically neutralizes rust surface to a black non tacky layer in approximately 30 minute. It changes existing rust to an inert coating that seals out moisture to prevent future rust and corrosion. Dried Sedo-R500 is an excellent primer for all types of Industrial and automotive topcoats.
